Take a moment (really that is all you need) and work up these CUTE and FAST little treasures.
These Mini Holiday Socks are a fast project for:
Not to mention they are GREAT stash busters! Finally a fun project to use up all your left over yarn!
Here is all the information you will need to know:
Skill level:
Intermediate
Finished Measurements:
Height: about 3.5 inches (9 cm). Please note this will vary depending on your gauge.
Gauge:
7sts/9rows pr inch (14sts/18 rows pr 5 cm). Please note that depending on the size needles and weight of yarn used the gauge of your mittens may vary.
Yarn:
Color A: White
Color B: Red
Please note that any cotton or wool will work.
Needle Size:
Double pointed needles US #1.5 (2.5mm). Please note you should use needles that fit your yarn. A handy tip is to look at the ball band of your yarn and use the suggested needle size or whatever size gives you the resulting look you want.
Crochet hook:
US B (2.5 mm) to make a Christmas Ornament.

Cuff and Leg:
Working in the round.
Heel:

Foot:
If needed: pick up a stitch after and before the heel sts to avoid gap. K2tog next round.
Toe:
Cut the yarn and draw it through the stitches.
Finishing: Weave in ends.
Extra Bits:
To make a Christmas tree ornament:
· Join color A with a slip stitch to cuff of sock,
· Using a crochet hook, chain 40,
· Join to slip stitch to create ring,
· Finish off.
