I hold several certifications within my line of work.
During the last year I have had very high focus and gained solid experience on Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Office Communications Server 2007 through an international implementation and consolidation for a new large customer as well as productification of mentioned products within EDB Industry. In connection with this job I have also had the possibility to further enhance my knowledge of configuration and operation of Active Directiry as well as Windows server 2004 and 2008.
I have participated in several national and international projects. These projects have handled a range of tasks from consolidation of solutions, splitting of networks and systems to testing and implementation of new new products and services (including writing procedures and documentation).

had special focus on collaboration tools like Teamrooms, Sharepoint, IM-solutions like Sametime, MS Office Communication Server, Webmetings, MS Live Meeting, etc, both for internal and external use.
Part of my job has been to follow up and collaborate with external vendors to solve problems and find appropriate solutions as well as 3rd. line troubleshooting and user assistance/support on both software and hardware for our customers.
I am considered to be trusthworthy and very responsible as well as a good humored teamplayer with good social skills who are quick to pick up new solutions and delivers with both quality and focus on the customers needs/requirements. I enjoy taking on new challenges, especially project work. I have no problem putting in extra efforts to deliver within given deadlines or with agreed upon quality, if needed. A good documentation of performed work is a matter of course.
I am also participating in different on-duty services (Central Operation and home-duty) where I must be able to handle error situation world-wide on several solutions at any time.
