PNEUMATIC HAND

WALKING "BIRD" ROBOT

A pneumatic model of the human hand. You can actually shake hands with it, but be careful because it have a really strong grip (you should see all the funny faces my friends did...) A two-legged robot in the shape of a bird. It carry the battery pack itself, and actually lifts its legs off the floor when walking... It's pace is faster than any of LEGO's own walking devices (as the four-legged dinosaur in the LEGO Technic book #8891)

SPACE WORK PLATFORM

PLANETARIUM MODEL

A snakelike multilinked arm that could be used for an work platform support (ex. for a safe work platform for the astronauts in space)   A strange looking cart. When it is pushed (no motor yet) around the sun (anything you like), the earth is turning for the days. At the same time the moon (with it's front side always facing the earth) slowly twists around the earth. Actually one eclipse of the moon is done in 28 days (as in the real world)

FRONT WHEEL DRIVE CONTAINER TRUCK

4 WHEEL DRIVE CAR WITH CENTRAL STEERING

A motorized frontwheel drive lorry with frontwheel steering and differential gear!

Offroad car with central steering. Second version of a six wheeled dump truck model (pictured also), but this time much lighter and more agile to climb over rough surfaces

Plus my staircase climbing robots (ongoing projekt)

MID ENGINED V6 SPORTS CAR

"ARIEL SQUARE FOUR" MC ENGINE

Wild space framed car with an huge engine and a limited slip differential (bulding tip).
Six separate exhaust pipes

Next step can be to build a model of my own car , the midengined Fiat X1/9...

One of the more special engines of them all. To minimize the vibrations Ariel connected two 4 cycled inline twins by cogwheels at each crankshaft. The sound from these engines is said to be unforgettable...

3-WHEEL TANDEM SPORTS CAR

DOUBLE DECK AIRPLANE

If I got the money to do it, I would like to build this ultra light off center tandem seated 3 wheel sports car with a side mounted motorcycle engine.
Would be fun, fun, fun!

Hello out there! Do anybody read me?

LEGO have several of these biplane oldies, but in my own opinion none of them look as good as this one. The helmet of the pilot is a modified LEGO hat, painted matte black (I cut off the sun shield of it)

FRONT LIFTER WITH TWISTING GRIP DEVICE

FARMER TRACTOR & MOTORCYCLE

How to make a pushing (and pulling) movement into a twisting movement (so that you can twist the gripping device at the end of an arm).
This front lifter have also central steering and a running V4 engine
Like the Jeep below this tractor is the kind of model that don't do much as a LEGO Technic model, but is more of a looker. Still I'm quiet happy with it's compact steering, and the trailer. And then of course the nice little off road motorcycle

CAR WITH A KIND OF CENTRAL STEERING

A WILLY'S JEEP

If you study this closely you will see that this strange little car's steering use the same principal as my snake arm for the working platform Looks like the real thing. Looks like the real thing. And looks like the real thing. And that's is about all to say about this Jeep model...

IS LEGO MARRIED TO INTEL?

MORE MODELS

Yes, it seems that way as the new LEGO series RoboTech and Mindstorm is made for Windows PCs only. I'm very sorry they don't make Mac versions as I love my Mac.
If you have any views on this, send me an email!
A small robot. A cross between a plane, a boat and a car. A Morgan 3-wheeler. A chopper motocycle. And more...
GOOD NEWS FOR MACINTOSH USERS! I found this in the Norwegian newsgroup no.it.os.mac.diverse:
Thank you for your interest in Pitsco LEGO Dacta products. The following is what you would need: 990085 Robolab CD and Users Guide, and 4119830 Mac Cable for Mindstorms/Robolab. The total for these is $65.00 plus shipping ($6.00 in the USA). These items will allow you to use the Mindstorms Robotic Invention System (just use the Robolab software instead of the Mindstorms software)

BILLUND LEGOLAND PARK
The first and oldest Legoland Park (opened in 1968) sited just down the road from the main Lego factory and headquarters in Billund, Denmark. Visit a Legoland Park if you can and spend at least one day there!

I were there in August 1997, stayed for one night at the Hotel Legoland, and my expences for the visit, the stay and the travel was payed by the Lego Group. The Billund International Airport is the second largest airport in Denmark! And Billund is only a small village...
