Refer to the time zone map
to find the common meeting time in other places but please adjust for daylight savings time in either central Europe or your local time zone as necessary.

Fill in a nick name, click on "OK,Connect!", wait a bit.

To test an other chatroom we start every day at 5-10 minutes later than the times given above in type 1. chatroom

INSTRUCTIONS:¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨made by kind help from Peg B.

I'm not sure what computer you have. I am not familiar with the MAC so we may have to call in someone else to help with that.However, if you have a pc, the following usually works:
here is a quick summary of how to do it, Probably makes sense to print this out before you start. Good luck.
1. Go to http://www.mirc.co.uk/
2. Download mIRC for whichever system you have, windows 95? win 3.1?
3. Close your browser (Netscape or IE)
4. Install mIRC.
5. Go back on the internet
6. Once you are connected to the internet, minimize your screen.
7. Run mIRC.
8. You will get an introductory screen with the programmers picture and other info. Read at your leisure. Close that box (this is assuming you have windows 95).
The next box you get will have a blank box up top with a row of buttons above it. type webmaster in the empty box.
Fill in the other information, Name, email addy, and two nicknames..(in case someone else with the same name signs on before you). Do not check the invisible mode. Leave empty.
Now click on Add at the top.
9. You will get another screen called mIRC Edit Server
¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨Description:.EFnet: US,WA,Seattle
¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨IRC Server:..irc.sprynet.com
¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨Port(S):.....6667 (already there)
¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨Group:.......efnet
¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨Password:....(leave blank-or whatever you choose)
¨¨¨¨¨¨¨¨Click on OK
10. It will take you back to the previous screen. Click on Connect to IRC server!
DON'T BE STARTLED: You will see a whole pile of words go flashing by as you are connected.
You will then see a channel list.
11. In the top empty space, type #kiwanis .The # sign is important, don't forget it.
Then click on Add. This will put #kiwanis on your channel list (alphabetically).
If it is not already highlighted, highlight it. Then click on Join.
Presto! You should enter the chat room! Kiwanischat.

Try type 3.

Go to Bill's Cyber-WebBord:
