Changing the par times

To change the par times open Wl_inter.c
The screenshot shows the par times for episode 3.
The decimal values set the timing for each level.
The clock values in quotation marks make the par times appear correctly on the screen.
Change both so that they correspond.
(There are no par times for the boss level and the secret level.)
