'Spooky' v1.4 update

 

'Spooky' v1.4 have seven changes from v1.0.
Five of them are found in level 1.
Two of them are found in level 2.
(Changes 1 and 2 were included in v1.1, changes 3 and 4 were included in v1.2,
and change no.5 was included in v1.3.)
