1. We'll use the Metalknights server for this tournament. 2. The players will be divided into 8 groups, 4 players in each group. All the players will be seeded into 4 different Pools The groups will consist of one player from each pool, which will be decided by a draw. The tournament committee, consisting of Genie, Evil Eye and Dve, will set the pools together based on their subjective opinion on the players. Take it as a challenge to prove them wrong :) 3. You must play each player in your group only once in a 1x1 duel. You'll get 2 points for a victory and 0 points for any losses. 4. All duels must be played with forced doubles. This means that the turns will go as follows: playerA, playerB, playerB playerA, playerA, playerB...etc. 5. In the duels, the player listed first has to create the game and decide which map to be used. The player listed second, decides who is to place first. 6. You can choose which ever map you want, but it has to be at least 100x100, and you can choose the same map only once in the tournament. PS: You can not choose a map that is already decided as a tie-breaker map or a map for replays! (look down on the page). 7. The games must be created as q72, no nuke, no peace and no wrecks. 8. You must finish your second turn in the doubling within 36 hours after the turn flips. This is to let your opponent have enough time to play his turn, and to avoid having him feeling "pressed" to play before you are done with your doubling. If you wait more than 36 hours, your opponent is free to play, and you will miss that turn. In other words, you are not allowed to play your turn after your opponent that specific round. Still, it's to the opponent's discretion whether they wish to allow a player to enter beyond the 36 hour mark. If any violation of this rule occurs, please take a screenshot to avoid any discussion. 9. If you place last, you are not allowed to attack in your first double. If you place close to your opponent, he is free to attack you whenever he wants. 10. Your game must be named ET player A vs Player B. Ex.: ET EvilEye vs Genie. 11. The 2 best players in each group go through to second round. 12. If equal points between 2 players, the winner of the game between the two of them will be listed first in the standings. 13. If the first 3 players get equal score, one player will be drawn as the winner. The other 2 will have to play one more game to decide who will go through. The map for such a game is listed under (round 1 and 2). 14. If the last 3 players get equal score, there will be ONE game with all 3 players. The place order will be drawn, and the map is listed under (round 1 and 2). 15. The 16 players that advance from round 1 will be divided into 4 groups for the second round. Click Round 2 to see how the groups will be put together. Everybody plays eachother once, and the best 2 players from each group go through to the quarter finals. The finals will be decided from a best 2 games out of 3. Each player is to choose map once, and if a third game is needed, the map will be as defined under. Any violation of the rules will result in disqualification in the particular game you're playing. ...
