Day 1.
Thursday 3rd September:
Arrival of the participants. Dinner at the hotel in the evening.  
Self paid. .

Day 2.
Friday 4th  September: 
Sightseeing during the day in the region. Take some good sturdy shoes and something to put on if it should rain. 
Lunch self paid

Board meeting for the chairwoman and the contacts persons in SYLRA in the afternoon at Ingrid's place near the hotel.

Dinner in the evening at the hotel or at some recomanded restaurants near by. 
Self paid.

Day 3.
Saturday  5th September:
Free time untill YL meeting. Easy access to the centre of Oslo by bus leaving from outside
the hotel.

YL meeting 2:00PM at the hotel or nearby facilities. This is estimated to last around  2 hours.

Free time untill 6:30PM when we meet in the bar of the hotel. 
Drinks are self paid.

Dinner will be 7:00PM at the hotel and is included in the yl meeting price.

Day 4.
Sunday 6th September.    
Breakfast and check out of the hotel.

PS. 
During the meeting when the yls are occupied there will be organized a program for the OMs.

Special call will be LA1SYL in connection with the meeting and the region's radio club will be open for the yls to operate at.
