The NS child Eystein Eggen has been granted the Norwegian State Scolarship, being a government scholar (statsstipendiat) from 2003.
Through his engagement the writer and novelist Eystein Eggen has done much to enlighten the difficult situation of the NS children in the Norwegian society, argues the Minister of Culture and Church Valgerd Svarstad Haugland.
