Hardy Peter Phelps Has Finally Found True Love:
Now We Want to Have Lots of Kids
Peter Phelps from "Stingers" feared that he was forty, fat and finished. Then he met Donna. Now they are going to get married and have a baby.
Daddy copper!
"Donna has turned my life upside down. I love her," beams Peter Phelps (42) to Se og Hør. The handsome hunk
has huge success as 'Peter Church' on "Stingers". Finally, Phelps has found happiness on home ground as well - after many years as a lone wolf. Now there are both a baby and a wedding in store for Peter and his live-in girlfriend Donna Fowkes (39) - barely a year after they became lovers.
"Peter phones me all the time to hear how the baby and I are doing. He has acquainted himself well with the different stages of the pregnancy," Donna reveals.
Found love in the street
And it's not that strange. The TV star was in love long before he captured the blonde. He fell head over heels when a scene from "Stingers" was shot in Donna's restaurant.
"I asked her out, but she rejected me," says Phelps.
The fact is that Donna was married. But when Peter accidentally bumped into her in the street a few months later, she was divorced…
"I didn't even recall her name, but I couldn't contain myself, and I asked her out once more," smiles Peter.
The rest is a happy love story. Now the turtle doves are living in a wonderful flat with Australia's beautiful scenery just outside the windows.
"It's the first time that I own my own place, and thanks to Donna, it has become very dashing," smiles the superstar. Peter and Donna have fallen for the minimalist trend, and have kept the interior in steel and black. And Peter, with his aptitude for music, has of course gotten his own film and music room. The building earlier housed an old factory, but the turtle doves have made it into a pure, modern flat - with room for more than one child…
Now Peter is looking forward to a calmer life, enjoying time at home with Donna and the coming baby. If the opportunity presents itself, they would like to take a trip to Norway.
Dreams about Norway
"I met some Norwegian tourists the other day, and they told me that they loved "Stingers". And just talking to such nice people made me dream about a trip to Norway," Peter Phelps tells Se og Hør.
