Some words from the fly tyer:

I created this fly for fall fishing here in Nova Scotia. It is a bit of a Cosseboom variant. It has been fished only once so far and did manage to raise a fish. The fly has also won the Virtual Flyshop fly tying contest in April of 1998. But as always, flies that look good catch fishermen, not fish. You will notice the heavy use of Uni-Streach Nylon. I find this product very easy to use. It creates a thin body, hold its' color well when wet and alleviates some of the usual problems associated with conventional floss such as bumps.
