Delphi or Dhelfí was the seat of an oracle of Apollo the god of prophecy and twin of Artemis. The site is a three to four hour drive (dependant on traffic) from where we stayed (Vravrona) on the east side of Athens. The sacred precinct is impressively located on the slope of a mountain side
