Internet Mailing Lists are world wide discussion groups for certain subjects. You may subscribe to mailing lists for four different Rootes cars. Subscription is free, and every day you will receive e-mails from all over the world, and your own messages will automatically be sent to all subscribers. Actual mailing lists exist for Hillman, Alpine, Tiger and Imp.

Messages to you come as separate items, however for Alpine and Tiger you may subscribe to the "digest" version and receive all messages in one e-mail.

Do as follows:

Hillman:

Send an e-mail to majordomo@can-inc.com
Write nothing in the subject line.
Write "subscribe hillman" in the body.
To unsubscribe, send new e-mail with "unsubscribe hillman".
Send your messages to: hillman@can-inc.com

Alpine:

Send an e-mail to majordomo@autox.team.net
Write nothing in the subject line.
Write "subscribe alpines" in the body.
If you wish the "digest" version, write "subscribe alpines-digest"
To unsubscribe, send new e-mail with "unsubscribe alpines" or "unsubscribe alpines-digest"
Send your messages to: alpines@autox.team.net

Tiger:

Same procedure as for Alpine, but write "tigers" instead of "alpines"
Send your messages to: tigers@autox.team.net

Imp:

Go to: http://www.onelist.com/subscribe.cgi/imps
Follow the instructions to register.
You will also find correct procedure to unsubscribe.
Send your messages to: imps@onelist.com
When you are registered you will be asked to confirm your subscription.
For Hillman, Alpine and Tiger lists you will receive an e-mail which you must reply to.
To confirm Imp List subscription, just follow the next step after registration.
