Steve's releases

Produced by Tony Visconti.

My copy contains a lyrics sheet.

This particular LP belongs to Tore Røsbjørgen (a.k.a. Mr. BluesTrain). He got his copy signed by Steve when he played at the greatest blues shack in Trondheim called "Skansen" in '85. It looks like a real American blues juke joint and in my opinion it is a shame not to use it as a Blues Shack. My own copy has now been signed too! See below.

Grace

You put me to the test
An' I have to do my best to get through it
You look into my eyes
And make me realise there's nothing to it
I've needed you from the start
It's no good us being apart

Oh Grace please save me a place in your heart

You move across my dreams
Like the ripples on a stream, crystal clear
You step into my gaze
And the little masquerades all disappear
I've needed you from the start
It's no good us being apart

Oh Grace please save a place in your heart

I got it signed by Steve Gibbons when he played this tiny, tiny place called Sætervika. The placed is about 250 km north of Trondheim. He played there with Billy Bremner & Geraint Watkins. In 2007 Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings played in Trondhiem. Trondheim Bluesclub arranged a nachspiel after the gig. There I had the pleasure to meet Nick Pentelow. He signed this LP as well!
