Since buying a welder, I haven't been afraid to use it. Maybe a little to eager, since my exhaust modifications caused me extra work
with carb tuning. The muffler was a Bsa Goldstar type given to me by SR-friend Steve.
Do not mind the beer bottles in the background....
Have painted the muffler flat black of course, so now there is another flat black SR-muffler in the world....can't never be to many...?
...did I say loud....?

However! I do not recommend cutting or altering a BSAtype muffler since many sr-riders have no problem at all mounting it on their bikes,
in original form. I experienced some kind of turbulence in the muffler after it was shortened, and could not get the bike running
over 80 kmph. I had to weld on an extension at the end of the muffler (like the original), and the running was perfect.
My friend Aage, told to me to tune en endtube by drilling holes in it to get the right sound and running.
