Well, we made it before the winter! The car is now yellow by color.
Not quite the yellow color I'd hoped for, so we'll have to give the car
a new spray next spring. But for now the car has got its color, and I can
proceed with the mounting of all the small bits and pieces. Below please
find some pictures from the long night which gave the Europa its color.

Olav the painter looks a bit sleepy after maskin the car. this is at
about 10 o'clock in the evening, end the first three cups of coffe was
swallowed... |
 |
We had added some body protection stuff on the lover edges of the car,
to prevent the body to crack from small stones etc. |
 |
I think it was Stevie Wonder who used to sing 'Isn't she lovely'. I
can only agree.
We finished off at about three o'clock in the morning. Home for a quick
shower and two hours in bed before it was up for another boring day at
work.
This photo is taken the next afternoon. Olav, supporting himself to
the Triumph Herald, looks a bit tired. Not even a bottle of coke and a cup
of coffee could keep his eyes opened at this time.. |

Beautiful from any angel. I can't wait to get it back on the road ...... |

Note the low and long shadows; autumn has surely come to Norway! |
 |
I'm not sure if you can see it on the photo (click it for a larger
edition), but between the bumper place and the valance there is a huge amount
of paint running down the arch. So; this is also a reason for a respray
next spring... |
