The Body Out Of Chassis Experience is fullfilled!!

Here you can see some pictures for the day I pulled the chassis out under the body - or vice-verca...

First; this is the worst damage to the body. The left window corner has a crach complete through the GRP. Guess I'll have to do some smart tricks to make this all right. Any ideas?? Will the frame crack if I remove the window?
This is the separated body and chassis, after the body was lowered again, and the chassis was pushed back into the garage. The chassis is placed so close to the body because I need place for the Ford Mondeo in the garage as well, and when my wife is driving... You know how much space women need in the garage, don't you?
As you perhaps can see from the pictures, there is only a litte amount of surface rust on the chassis. I am positive surprised!
This is a shot of the crossmember. Hardly any rust at all, just to brush and galvanize. Does anyone know a good way to remove the heater-tubes that run inside the chassis? I guess it will be wise to remove everything from the chassis before I start to brush it and galvanize/repaint it.
This is the Y-section, where most of the rust is. As you hopefully can se - it is just on the surface.
Front part again. Nice and clean - and it will be better as soon as I have dismounted everyting and cleaned the frame from oil and dirt.
