Dreams,fantasys,imagination,reality through images .......

On this page I present a selection of my photos , up through the years have a few of them ,as you probably can guess of my other pages it's mainly nature/landscape but also some other stuff too . In photography the challenges are really endless, but it takes time (and money) . I've always said if I ever win the big prize in the lottery , I'll pack my photo stuff and travell around the world ,just taking photos ..........yeah another dream :o) .........let your dreams come through

First out on my urban update is Finland


Frozen harbour in Helsinki ,notice 2 of the huge icebreakers in the background

The dome of the gorgous cathedral in Helsinki ,here seen from the harbour above some other interesting architectonic buildings. This cathedral could really have filled the whole page !

I leave Finland with this night shot of the famous ski jumping hills in Lahti !! Nicely illuminated.

Naturhistoriska Museet ,with the real fantastic Cosmonova movie theater ,they claim it's the biggest screen in Europe ,almost too big I thought !! Highly recommended though ! The main entrance of the building here seen with an focal length of only 18 mm wich gives it the distored and 'overwhelming' look !!

So I'll finish with 3 bonus photos !


First one is from 'my' own city : Trondheim , which can seem just as grey and dull like any other citys but there are suprising green lounges ,like this one behind Stiftsgården . To find a string ensemble playing is a bit unusual though but this photo was taken during the European Youth Music Festival last summer !! ....if I just ever get the time to be a tourist in my 'own' city !!

An aerial shot over Hokksund ,Norway !! A photo from my 'old' sailplane series. My brother trying to throw me out of the plane !!! Not too high above the ground either ..........and no engine........

Last one on this update : The orginal 'tulip from Amsterdam' ,well more precisely from the wonderful flowergarden in Lisse Keukenhof ,The Netherlands ,an 'ocean' of flowers in all colors !! You just got to see this place if you ever are in Netherlands at spring time !
