Al-Quneitra is a ghost town. In 1974 an
arrangement was made for Israel to return the capital of the Golan Height to
Syria. Probably it was expected that Syria should restore the town and let the
inhabitants return. But it's not done. Quneitra is too important for the
propaganda.
