I just like the theme of this panel, Mender healing his number one hero, Cutter, after his fight with Rayek in Hidden Years 9 1/2. The colors are pretty, Mender looks hot and I love his hair in this issue...
	I absolutely LOVE this picture! The look on his face is so tender and caring, and he's really worried about the hurting Dewshine. If you've read the story, you know that he's just done something really heroic, replacing himself for Dewshine and her stepcub, Pool, as hostage with the human Lehrigen.
	He just looks so young and perdy... Ember is the daughter of his two heroes, and now he's about to earn the love and the trust of their 16 year old daughter. *giggle* At least it looks like he's going easy on her... no, jokes aside (or maybe I meant that?) she's just taught him something and now he's teaching her. How sweet...
	Mender experiences the wolf in him for the first time. I just like the contrast the pic represents, even though he looks a bit... corny.
	He looks so lost! The guy who always knew what to do and say suddenly finds himself in a situation he can't handle, and he really needs Yun's comforting words. I also like his dark skintone (even though the pic is black and white you can see the contrast between them.)
	No kidding!! This is the ultimate Mender image... this is the most bliss Mender can be in... being trained by his hero-mentor, Leetah. The last time he saw her he was barely walking, and then he grew up during 600 years with only the memory of her and the legends told in the Sun Village. He's never known another healer. And then the palace reappears and he gets to meet her after all those years. I can only imagine his excitement!
	Hmm -- just like the determination and confidence in his eyes. I've always thought of Mender as calm, brave, confident and cunning about difficult situations, and I guess that's what I see in him here.
